Cancellation Policy

Important Notice Regarding Drop-In Participation Thank you for your interest in our upcoming drop-in activity! Please note that while we strive to accommodate as many participants as possible, we cannot guarantee participation for all individuals who sign up. Once you submit your sign-up, you will need to wait for an email confirming whether your sign-up has been approved. If approved, you will receive another email in the days leading up to the activity with all the necessary details. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with those who can join us! If you require assistance arranging transportation for in-person drop-ins, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of the date of your drop-in . YRAP cannot guarantee assistance with transportation to participants who provide less than 48 hours notice. To cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please contact us directly. All drop-in related inquiries and cancellations may be directed to dropin@yrap.org
