Community Support

YRAP offers a community support program that will work with youth to provide any supports they may be in need of or connect them to other agencies.

This can include addiction supports, mental health, job and employment supports, education, language supports, food security and many other areas of assistance. We provide supports on an ongoing and indefinite basis based on the areas of support required by the youth or their level of need.

Our role with each youth varies - we may provide resources, a cell phone, support referrals, assist with tasks, advocate or supervise other YRAP programs they access. YRAP works closely alongside the youth's workers, family and other networks. Looking for community supports? The referral form is below.
