Cancellation Policy

Important Notice Regarding Drop-In Participation Thank you for your interest in our upcoming drop-in activity! While we strive to accommodate as many participants as possible, please note that space is limited, and participation is not guaranteed for all who sign up. Please note that YRAP’s drop-in program is open to individuals between the ages of 12 and 24. Each sign-up may only include a maximum of six participants. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an email confirming whether your participation has been approved. If approved, additional event details will be provided closer to the activity date. If space is unavailable, we encourage you to join us at a future drop-in. Photos and videos may be taken during drop-in activities for promotional and program-related purposes. If a photo or video featuring you is posted and you would like it removed, please send us a message or email us at dropin@yrap.org, and we will take it down as soon as possible. If you require transportation assistance for in-person drop-ins, please notify us as soon as possible—no later than 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transportation support for requests made after this deadline. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with you!
